I’ve been out previewing homes every day this week, and something keeps standing out to me.

Some of the most overlooked properties aren’t bad homes at all…
they just don’t feel like anything yet.

The yard isn’t defined.
There’s no sense of privacy.
No place to sit, gather, or enjoy the space.

So buyers walk in, look around, and move on.

But what I see is something different.

I see where a simple hedge could create privacy.
Where a small patio and a few chairs could turn into an evening space.
Where a yard becomes something you actually live in, not just maintain.

Right now, a lot of opportunity is sitting in homes like that—
the ones that aren’t perfect, but have potential.

Sometimes the best move isn’t finding the perfect house.
It’s seeing what a house could become.

That’s where the value is right now.
